Authors must submit their full papers electronically in Word format through Online Submission System or email no later than 23:59:59 (GMT+8) on August 30th, 2024. Before submitting the final version, authors are expected to revise their papers taking into account the feedback from reviewers. 4-6 pages in the standard IEEE Conference Paper Format based on Microsoft Word template are allowed for each paper. A maximum of 5 additional pages are permitted at an extra charge of 50USD/page payable at the time of registration.

Papers submitted to ICDSCA 2024 must not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere whilst under consideration for ICDSCA 2024.

Submission Guideline

All papers submitted for peer-review should be a blind paper that has been removed all the information related to the author(s).

The authors' names, e-mail address, institution or any other fields that can identify the author(s) must be removed from the paper and saved as a "blinded version" before uploading to the system. The blind version of the paper will be used by reviewers in the double-blind peer review process.


By creating a blind paper, each submission receives an equal and unbiased review, as the identity of both the reviewer(s) and the author(s) remains unknown.



Full-text papers should be within 4-6 full pages. If it exceeds more than 6 pages, extra publication fee will be charged.



There is no limitation on the number of authors.
